Ingredients

  • 10 plates for cannelloni
  • 3 large onions
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil (90 mL)
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 5 tablespoons of grated white cheese (100 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt (15 g)
  • 2 red tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon of nutmeg (30 g)
  • 1 envelope of bechamel cream (125 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground white pepper (15 g)

Preparation

  1. The first thing you should do is place a medium pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Once it has reached the boiling point, you should add the cut onions, salt and nutmeg.
  3. In another small pot, be sure to make the bechamel sauce and keep it close. You will soon use it.
  4. Drizzle a skillet with a little olive oil.
  5. Place the breasts previously cut into fillets and let them fry  a little.
  6. Remove the onions when they are soft and remove them.
  7. Once the chicken is somewhat cooked, you must turn off the heat.
  8. Do not forget to season with a little of the soft onion and with the cheese.
  9. Mix everything very well with the chicken. Add the chopped tomato almost at the end.
  10. Now, you must fill the cannelloni with the mixture you just made.
