- 2 red peppers (60 g).
- 1 medium onion (40 g).
- Salt and black pepper (to taste).
- Flour tortillas (as necessary).
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese (200 g).
- Extra virgin olive oil (to taste).
- 1/2 kg of minced meat (pork, beef or lamb, according to taste).
Preparation
- First, peel and chop the onion, garlic cloves, and tomatoes.
- Second, season the minced meat to taste.
- Then, in a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, add the onion and garlic pieces and add a little salt.
- Then, when the onion has browned a bit, add the chopped tomatoes.
- When the tomato has evaporated the water, add the minced meat to the pan and stir occasionally until golden brown.

Preparation
- First, cook the rice as you usually do.
