  • 1 glass container

What should you do?

  • First, peel the garlic and crush them in a mortar. Then combine them with the tablespoon of honey until you get a thick paste.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass container and put it in the refrigerator while you prepare the other ingredients.
  • Bring the water to a boil and, when it comes to a boil, add the chamomile bags. In this way, leave it on a minimum heat for three minutes.
