What I need?

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries (you can easily find them in the supermarket)
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • A natural yogurt (unsweetened)
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 2 oatmeal cookies

How do I prepare it?

  • Too easy. The first thing we will do is take a bowl or a large glass container preferably. We put the raspberries in it (they should not be defrosted) and then we put the cup of that natural yogurt. Keep in mind that if you know how to make natural yogurt yourself, it will be much healthier. Put the two ingredients in the bowl and then take the mixer.
  • What will we do now? We beat the mixture for 5 minutes. You will see that it costs you a bit since the raspberries are frozen, but it is normal. Little by little you will notice how it takes on more consistency. In addition, there will be bumps that will explode in our mouths full of that pleasant acidity. If you prefer, you can crush the mixture a little more, so as not to find those bumps.
  • Now add the juice of half a lemon. That acidity will bring you even more freshness. You will see that it is ready just when you notice that the texture is already very creamy.
  • Your frozen yogurt is ready! It’s that easy, but now we have two options. Since the raspberries were frozen and the fresh yogurt will be perfect to serve. But if you want it to be more icy, you just have to put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. It will be ideal.

How do we serve it?
