Tuna Pie With Sliced bread

Recipe 1 for tuna cake with sliced bread
Ingredients:
- 9 slices of sliced bread (without the crust)
- 1 pot of mayonnaise
- 4 boiled eggs
- 150 grams of tuna in oil
- 5 roasted peppers
- Lettuce
- Sliced black olives (pitted)
- York ham
- Sliced cheese
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Line a mold with aluminum foil including the walls and that on a little to cover the cake.
- Place 3 slices of bread as a base. You can cut them if necessary.
- Spread a little mayonnaise. Scatter the tuna, black olives and some cut lettuce leaves.
- Cover with 3 more slices.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the diced peppers and spread the mixture on the bread. Then laminate the hard-boiled eggs and place them interspersed with the olives.
- Put the last 3 slices of bread and spread with mayonnaise.
- To finish, add the ham and cheese.
- Cover with the aluminum foil and store in the fridge for about 2 hours.
- To unmold, you just have to lift the aluminum foil.
- You can decorate it with mayonnaise, peppers, olives, egg or whatever you want.
- Cut into slices and ready to eat.
Recipe 2 for tuna cake with sliced bread
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of sliced bread (remove the crust)
- 4 cans of tuna
- 4 boiled eggs
- 2 cans of bell pepper
- 4 pickles in vinegar
- Cold tomato
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaves to taste
- Cherry tomatoes to taste
preparation:
- Line a mold with aluminum foil including the walls and that on a little to cover the cake.
- Layer 4 slices of sliced bread as a base.
- Drain the tuna, put it in a container and flake it up.
- Cut the peppers into small pieces (cut some strips to decorate), and add them to the tuna.
- Chop the eggs very small and mix in the previous preparation
- Do the same with the pickles.
- Add the tablespoons of fried tomato that you want and reserve.
- Spread the mixture of tuna, bell peppers, eggs, pickles and tomato on the base layer of bread.
- Place the rest of the slices and spread the mayonnaise.
- Garnish with the lettuce, tomato and peppers in strips.

Ingredients

- 8 sticks of surimi
- 2 cans of tuna
- 2 boiled eggs
- ½ onion
- 1 can of peppers
- Lettuce leaves
- black olives
- 200 ml of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Chive
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the pink sauce:
- 150 ml of mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 glass of brandy
Steps:
- Line a mold with aluminum foil including the walls and that on a little to cover the cake.
- Place a layer of 4 pan loaves as a base.
- Drain the tuna, put it in a container and flake it up.
- Cut the peppers into small pieces (cut some strips to decorate), and add them to the tuna.
- Julienne the onion and add it to the container.
- Chop the eggs very small and add them to the previous preparation mixture.
- Do the same with the surimi sticks.
- Add mayonnaise and ketchup. Salt and pepper.
- Cut the lettuces into strips and reserve.
- Pour the filling over the base.
- Top with the other slices of bread.
- Prepare the pink sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Spread it on the sliced bread.
- Garnish with the chopped lettuce leaves.
